What a fabulous stay we had! The Bohemian Rhapsody is a great tiny house with an awesome view. I enjoyed my morning Bible reading on the porch, listening to the river and feeling the sun. Tom met us at check-in and offered help for anything we would need. We absolutely loved it!

Absolutely the BEST! I was looking for a place to get away since my husband had a "guys week" planned. Found this incredible GEM! I work remotely, and this was the perfect spot to connect online and work really remotely. Stephanie and Tom are incredible hosts.Absolutely pristine, clean, not one complaint! I am already looking at dates to stay again very soon!

Best Air B&B I've stayed in. Beautiful location and well kept tiny home. Had the pleasure of meeting an owner and she was as nice and welcoming as you could hope for. Highly recommend 😊 Also, very dog friendly, well leave water dish, poop bags, and even treats for your fury friend.

Perfect place for a little R&R. The tiny homes each have their own unique concept and by far have the best view of the river around! Tom and Stephanie go above and beyond to make sure you stay is nothing but exceptional. And although the tiny homes are close we felt very much in our own space and had really good privacy. Highly recommend!

Wow! I just returned from a weekend at Bending River Cove where I delighted in the accommodations of the Birch Studio. LOVED IT!!!! The new owners, Tom & Stephanie, pulled out all the stops to make my stay enjoyable and memorable. Pet friendly to boot and my Cockapoo, Teddy, delighted in his new surroundings. From doo do bags and a special toy for my four legged friend to the coziness of this quaint little TINY CABIN and the other TINY CABINS the resort touts, left me feeling pampered. My cabin offered a great night's sleep and all the amenities for a weekend away. Additionally, a book of local attractions found in my room enticed a visit to Heidi's Huggamug Cafe in Lake City for breakfast and some retail therapy at Lake Pepin Pearl Button Company. A truly beautiful setting for some R&R.I have already booked a second weekend for this summer when the marina will be chock-full of boats and the lake will come alive with sail boats and other water recreation. I can hardly wait to return!* My first choice of dates were already booked so if you are planning a visit to this little slice of heaven - do not delay in booking.

We stayed in the Bohemian Rhapsody, very cute place! Nice and accommodating people. The view of the river is nice to look at! 😍 Only downside so far is is that the train below is very frequent and quite loud. I suppose the highway is kind of loud too, as the place is right off the road. st

My wife and I are always looking for new and out of the way places to celebrate our wedding anniversary. This year we drove our boat from the Prescott area to Bending River Cove on Lake Pepin. This place fit the bill perfectly. The neighboring marina had a slip for my 27’ Sea Ray with electricity. The owners of the resort met us at the docks and gave us and our gear a lift up to the tiny home. It was perfect! Clean and cozy. We had a fire in our private sitting area and on night two the owners dropped us off and picked us up again at Reads Landing so we can have our anniversary dinner. We took the boat south to Winona through the locks. Perfect day. Can’t say enough about how cool this place is! Highly recommend it.

We loved our three night stay in the River Queen. It was the perfect size for our family of three and our small dog. The view is beautiful, and there’s plenty to do within short driving distance. There is an active train line about 10 yds away, which is very loud. During the day it was no problem, and the hosts kindly left ear plugs for use at night, but it didn’t bother us. If you’re in the Lake City area, definitely check them out!

Finding this little gem was a highlight of our trip. The owners were very friendly, helpful, and informative about the accommodations and the area. We stay in the tiny house, Bohemian Rhapsody. The layout and use of space of very nice and work well for us, along with our small dog. The location along the river was very nice and afforded a nice view of the river. The resort isn't far from Wabasha to get supplies, dinner, or beverages. We visited the Reads Landing Brewery. A nice brewery, with outdoor seating and a great place to eagle watch. We will definitely return for a stay.

We were so impressed with this place. In addition to being fully stocked with anything you may need the home we stayed in was so cute and super clean. Tom and Stephanie were very nice and very attentive. The views were amazing and the eagles put on quite a show. We will be back!

Had a really great stay here. The location is wonderful between Lake City and Wabasha and the views are amazing. The owners are so friendly and had everything we needed for the weekend including bonfire supplies. The Love Train was so cute and dog friendly. Would recommend for anyone looking for a unique, cozy and enjoyable weekend away.

We had a lovely time at BRC! The owners, Tom and Stephanie were so accommodating and available if we needed anything. The different themed tiny homes is such a unique concept, with such a beautiful backdrop! Finding a dog-friendly location can be hard to find, but this place went above and beyond for our fur-baby! You won't regret staying here!

Just spent the weekend in bohemian rhapsody.Very amazing and very unique. The wraparound deck with views of both sunsets and rises and the river was to die for. There was lots of shade trees with a variety of birds. Wood and a private fire ring.Very spacious feeling "tiny" space. Nicely decorated. Lots of personal touches. Yes you are on the highwy (well insulated -- didn’t hear indoors) and above the train tracks (a couple minutes and then back to the solitude). We slept well.

The view was absolutely amazing!Mike is such a great host and just all around a nice, friendly guy.The train that runs below can be a bit loud but it didn't wake the kids which is great. The location is so amazing! It's located on a hill overlooking lake Pepin. The nature is so green and plush in July. The kitchen is very tiny. Come prepared if you're planning to cook: salt, pepper, oil, kitchen knives etcOverall an experience we'll remember forever 👍

The moment I seen the tiny themed cabins I was very intrigued so I called Mike directly talked with him for about an hour about the area and the tiny cabins. So I booked the love train. I also love the fact that the prices didn't inflate on the weekend like other resorts/ hotels. As soon as we arrived Mike made us feel like family, He showed us around and had a great conversation! His willingness to go above and beyond for his guests was the best part! He recommended herb and arrow restaurant, which did not disappoint. He also recommended some wineries and things to do. We felt valued, not just another number like at some hotels and other resorts we have stayed at. What I really loved when we arrived was meeting Mike, he is very personable. The cabins and the property was very well maintained! The view of the lake was spectacular. We seen fireflies...which I haven't seen since i was a child. We seen lots of wildlife such as eagles, foxes, deer and lots of birds. I highly recommend Bending River Cove!

Yes Mike is great, and the cabins are nice and clean but PLEASE NOTE: directly below the cabins is an active TRAIN which runs all day, throughout the night blowing it’s horn directly below you. If you’re a light sleeper, this may not be your ideal spot.

What a great experience. I felt like it was a "throwback" (in a good way) to the 1970's. John was the host/owner and made the experience fun. My wife, who couldn't come on this trip, laughed at the name of my cabin....."The Love Train".The cabin was clean and had anything imaginable that I needed during my stay. If you want to be "happy", stay at this place.

We had a wonderful stay at Bending River Cove. The themed tiny homes were so enjoyable. Home away from home. Very clean with spectacular views of Lake Pepin. We stayed in The Birch Studio, and decided to spend a second night in No shoes, No shirt, No problem. Both uniquely decorated and comfortable. Mike was very welcoming and accommodating. Great customer service which is hard to find. Wabasha is near by, we enjoyed Slippery's and Reed's Landing which is even closer. Most of all we enjoyed relaxing and the beautiful sunsets. We definitely will be coming back soon!

Mike was WONDERFUL! Such a friendly and welcoming person! We enjoyed meeting him and appreciate all he did for our stay!! We were just driving through the area and came across the tiny cabins. We gave him a call and he got us in right away with our pup! We ended up changing our plans and decided to explore Wabesha and Pepin! We already can’t wait to come back. You can’t to go wrong with any cabin that you choose. Mike is unbelievably talented and each of the cabins have such a unique touch to them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great secluded location. House was clean, had everything that we needed and the hosts were amazing. Mike has a great thing going here and you should really visit here if you have a chance. We went for our anniversary and Mike opened the house up early so that I could have flowers delivered. Gave us a personalized card saying congrats on the 10 year anniversary. Stopped by in the morning to introduce himself and gave history on each of the homes they have. Yes, there is a train that goes by. It doesn't last long and isn't a bother, at least not to us. Close to the wineries, Reads Brewery and a lot of other things to do. We will stay here again!

The rooms are excellent examples if the popular tiny house interest. There are 5 with varying offerings. The location features an excellent viewing of Lake Pepin. If you enjoy following trains, there is a track between you and the river. All rooms feature a grill, outdoor fire pit with wood, lighter fluid, lighter furnished. They can furnish rides to a popular river tubing site. If you want to lay back and shut down, this is your spot.

Katie and Tony were very nice. We went on a wine tour and they let us pick different winery or restaurant places to stop. Gave us lots of time. The hot water in the shower was almost non-existent but it was hot here this weekend anyways. House itself was very cute, little close to the others.

We came here for our 25th anniversary in June and have been back a second time already and plan to come again in the Fall! It is such a delightful getaway from the cities. We have seen all the houses and each one has it’s own personality. Whether you’re coming alone, as a couple, family or with friends there is a house that will suit. The area has so much to offer if you can pull yourself away from your house. From hiking, kayaking, tubing, shopping, wineries and restaurants, both on the MN and WI sides. We especially liked the wineries and spent many hours of a rainy day at Lark Toys. (Even if you don’t have young kids, there is a lot of exploring options for people of all ages.) Each day is capped off with the possibility of a beautiful sunset while enjoying a fire.

What an adorable place and Mike is awesome! The tiny house we stayed in the the most beautiful views. Our favorite part was enjoying coffee early in the morning watching the young bald eagles practicing flight. The only reason I gave 4 stars was due to the lack of the promised hot tub. We understand the reasoning behind it no longer being available, bit would have appreciated being informed before arriving for our stay. Otherwise this is the best little resort to stay at! Beautiful views, homes and access to all the best to River towns.

Friend and I stayed in the No Shoes, No Shirts, No Problem tiny house. Very cute! Host Sue was very hospitable. Met owner Mike, really nice guy. They had a nice bottle of wine for us, smores, firewood. View of Lake Pepin was beautiful. The only downside was the train horn, which the owners can't control.

My husband and I stopped by on our way home from a anniversary weekend. We met the gentleman that built the tiny houses and he was very knowledgeable and showed us inside a couple of houses. The tiny houses are oh so cute and I can’t wait to go back and stay for a weekend. If we had known about these we would have stayed there instead. They have a great view and are very nice inside and out. I’ll post pictures when I go back. Hopefully soon.
